Cancellation Policy
No Show Will be Chargeable as per the package
Booking cancelation will be charged 4 Hrs before the reporting time.
Cleanliness
– Mumbai Travels does not permit the use of the vehicle for carrying pets, goods, or objects that could damage the upholstery or any part of the vehicle. Any such damage will incur charges for the actual cost of repair or cleaning of the interior/exterior.
Replacement Car
– Replacement vehicles will be provided within city limits only, subject to availability of a similar segment. No replacement vehicle will be provided outside city limits, and the rental amount will be charged in such cases. The company’s decision regarding replacement vehicles is final.
Fuel
– For chauffeur-driven cars, fuel is included in the rental package.
Cancellation or Modification
– Reservations must be canceled or modified via email to the official email ID.
Extra Kilometer & Time
– Extra hours & Kilometer will be charged at as per the package.
Other Conditions
– Night charges will apply as per the applicable rates.
– GST will be charged as per government regulations.
– All interstate taxes, permit fees, tolls, and parking charges are as per Actual.
– Mumbai Travels is not responsible for any belongings left in the vehicle or any losses incurred by the renter/client.
